Football Is Back Again! ⚽ Bring the Football Fever Home with Celebrity Cutouts

Football Is Back… Again? ⚽

I know, I know. A football post when it’s not the Euros or the World Cup?

Don’t worry, you haven’t gone back or forward in time. It is still October. Somehow, though, football is back in full swing with another international tournament.

Is Football Really Back On Then?

Yes, it actually is!

I’ll be completely honest, I only recently realised that the UEFA Nations League was already underway. I knew international football would be coming back at some point, but apparently that point was… now.

The 2026/27 Nations League kicked off at the end of September and runs through to November, so there is plenty more international football to come.

And, of course, England are involved.

As I’m writing this, tomorrow 06/10/2026 at 7:45pm against the Czech Republic. We’re in Group A3 alongside Croatia, Spain and Czechia, so there are some pretty familiar names in there.

England have already played Spain and Czechia, beating Czechia 2-0 after losing 3-2 to Spain. Be beat Croatia 0-7 which is insane! We’ve thrashed Czechia again 0-3. Now for the final game in the group against Spain again on October the 15th.

And if you’re anything like me, you’re probably thinking:

“Wait… didn’t we just play all these teams?”

Well, yes.

But that’s football for you.

Thankfully, it does mean we get to see plenty of the big names back in an England shirt, and that gives us another excuse to talk about something we’re rather fond of here at Celebrity Cutouts…

Footballers.

Bring The Players Home

Watching your favourite footballer on the pitch is one thing.

Having them standing in your house is another.

Okay, they aren’t actually standing in your house. That would be slightly concerning, especially if you haven’t invited them.

I’m talking about our collection of footballer Cardboard Cutouts: Lifesize, Minis, Masks and Big Heads.

Whether you’re looking to add a bit of football madness to your room, decorate a party, create a football themed display or just have your favourite player keeping you company, we’ve got plenty of ways to do it.

Want the full experience?

Go for a Lifesize. You can have your favourite footballer standing alongside you, ready for the inevitable photo opportunity.

Want something a little smaller?

That’s where our Footballer Minis come in. They’re perfect for desks, shelves or anywhere else you think could use a tiny footballer judging your life choices.

Then you’ve got the Masks.

These are perfect if you want to become your favourite player for a few minutes. Fancy walking around the house pretending you’re about to score the winning goal? Go for it. Great for Halloween which is coming up 👀

And finally, there are the Footballer Big Heads.

Because sometimes a normal-sized head simply isn’t enough.

Imagine watching the match with a giant version of your favourite footballer’s face next to you. Is it necessary? Absolutely not.

Is it funny?

Absolutely.

Did I spend a ridiculous amount of time getting photos, editing them and then putting them on the website for the World Cup?

Yes, yes I did

This gives me a great reason to talk about my hard work again.

So, Who Are You Supporting?

With international football back on, there are plenty of opportunities to get into the football spirit again.

Whether you’re watching England, supporting another country, getting ready for the next big tournament or simply enjoy football all year round, our footballer collection has plenty of options to choose from.

And let’s be honest, you don’t need an international tournament as an excuse to get a footballer Cardboard Cutout.

You just need to really like football.

Or have a suspicious amount of empty space in your house.

Either one works.

So, while England get ready to take on Croatia, I’ll be doing what I normally do during football season…

Watching the match, hoping for the best and probably shouting at the television as if the players can hear me.

Come on England! 🏴⚽
