We are pleased to offer a selection of shipping options at the checkout stage. These are based on the time ordered as well as the shipping location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Especially in the run-up to Christmas delivery times get stretched, please order in good time. From our experience, UPS are MUCH BETTER at sticking to their quoted dates than USPS

*Please note that same day despatch is available on orders placed before 10am GMT. Orders placed after this will be shipped on the next working day.

Please note that this is an untracked service on all items. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your item before contacting us for non-delivery.

Lifesize Cutouts, Bigheads and Duos – Shipped via Zonos using technology to simplify international commerce making it accessible to everyone. We have numerous shipping options available. Please chose one best suited for your needs.

*On Canadian orders the customer may be required to pay import/duty fees. These are charged by the courier (not us) at the pre-delivery stage. If these fees are required they will be in touch to arrange this with you.

Minis and Masks Sent by Royal Mail on an International Tracked service from the UK. This can take between 7-15 working days. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your item before contacting us for non-delivery.

If you get to the checkout and you have no shipping options please get in touch with us. Due to the different costs/regulations of shipping products abroad, sometimes the shipping has to be manually added.

At Celebrity Cutouts we are only interested in 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us to allow us to resolve the issue prior to leaving feedback.
We can accept a return, of unused items if you have just changed your mind within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All Returns are payable by the customer.

Any delivery complications or delivery damaged items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.

*Photographic evidence of the box it arrived in and the cutout (front and back) will be required.
