We are pleased to offer a selection of shipping options at the checkout stage. These are based on the time ordered as well as the shipping location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Especially in the run-up to Christmas delivery times get stretched, please order in good time.  From our experience, UPS are MUCH BETTER at sticking to their quoted dates than USPS

Canada

Lifesize Cutouts, Bigheads and Duos –  shipped from the UK via DHL – 5-7 working days

Minis and Masks are sent using a Royal Mail International Tracked service from the UK. This can take between 7-15 working days. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your item before contacting us for non-delivery.

*Canadian orders may be required to pay import/duty fees. These are charged by the courier (not us) at the pre-delivery stage. If these fees are required they will be in touch to arrange this with you.

Minis and Masks Sent by Royal Mail on an International Tracked service from the UK. This can take between 7-15 working days. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your item before contacting us for non-delivery.

The average size of a Mini Cutout is 60cm x 21cm (1ft 9′ x 0.68ft)
Heights may slightly differ depending on the Celebrities body shape.
If the allocated width is met before the height, then the Celebrity will become slightly shorter than the 60cm (1ft 9′)

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us to allow us to resolve the issue prior to leaving feedback.

We can accept a return, of unused items if you have just changed your mind within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

TO OPEN A RETURN - Please email in requesting a return by including your order number and the reason for return. We will then issue you a returns number that you must include in the product when returning.

*Without a returns number a return will not be accepted*

PLEASE NOTE

Our cardboard cutouts are printed to order and cannot be resold once they have been returned. Where a customer chooses to cancel or return an order within the applicable 14-day period, we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from any refund to cover costs incurred as a result of the return, including production, handling and recycling costs.

This may also apply to parcels that are returned to sender because a delivery has been refused or because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. In these circumstances, we may incur additional carrier charges and return-to-sender fees, which may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Please note: These deductions do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

All Returns are payable by the customer.

Any delivery complications or delivery damaged items must be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery.

*Photographic evidence of the box it arrived in and the cutout (front and back) will be required.
